What: The best way to combat learning loss as instructional leaders is to orient ourselves to a system and mindset of acceleration. This session will present a leadership playbook approach with ten plays for accelerating literacy achievement in your school, district, or organization. A personal district success story will be shared as well as lessons learned and motivating leadership vignettes. Participants will receive several planning templates and tools including an initiative inventory, school action template, and customizable playbook document.
