Before joining the ESCWR, Alissa Arndt spent 9 years volunteering at her local elementary school helping students, teachers, and administrators. She also has been an active PTA member for 9 years as well. During this time she was raising 3 children. Before her children were born, she was a Respiratory Therapist working with children and adults who required oxygen, ventilators, or sleep aides in their homes.
