You are the first adult outside of family students see in the morning and you have an open door for them to leave the school at the end of the day. You play an important role for the student. This may be just a review for many of you but always important to keep in mind. What type of interactions with students is appropriate and what is not? What type of things do I need to inform the child’s school about? Why is it important to not share information the student has shared with me with other students, bus drivers, or friends? What type of supports do you need as part of the child’s overall team? Are you getting the information you need in order to maintain a positive transport for the students?
